Purmo Group Sweden (formerly MMA) was founded in 1950 and is today the market leader in Sweden for room temperature control products. We are a Swedish company that develops, manufactures and markets products and concepts for flow control. We reduce energy consumption and costs for our customers in residential and commercial buildings in our selected markets. Headquarters, production and research & development with 100 employees are located in Markaryd.
We are now looking for a driven team leader for our thermostat and sensor department in Markaryd.
As a team leader with us, you work overall with leading and distributing work in the department in consultation with your immediate supervisor. Based on the business system, you fine-plan and prioritize production orders within the frameworks set by your immediate supervisor and the logistics department.
Your task is also to monitor product quality within your area of responsibility, follow up on rejections and rework. You work with root cause analyses, corrective and preventive measures in the department. As a team leader, you are also responsible for ensuring that current routines for the company and your area of responsibility are applied.
You distribute work in the department, participate in systematic occupational health and safety work and in improving the department's environmental performance.
The role also includes personnel management, which means, for example, holding department meetings, monitoring employees' training/information needs and introducing new personnel within your area of responsibility. You conduct employee interviews and participate in, for example, rehabilitation.
You are genuinely interested in developing, modernizing and digitalizing Purmo Group Sweden together with the team.
Meritorious are qualifications in automation and control or equivalent experience within the field as well as training or equivalent experience in personnel management.
Further requirements are good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written. You also master English spoken and written.
