Simplex is now seeking a team lead for one of our clients in Rosersberg. You'll become an important part of the operation and have a central role in ensuring your team has the right conditions to succeed. About the Position As a team lead, you'll drive daily work forward. You'll help plan the workday, distribute tasks, and ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely. You'll work closely with employees and be the one who supports, prioritizes, and solves problems when needed. The role is operational and suits you if you enjoy being involved in the operation rather than working purely administratively. Key Responsibilities Plan and prioritize daily work. Assign work tasks within the team. Support and guide employees during the workday. Ensure work maintains good quality and follows the plan. Monitor safety and work environment procedures. Handle problems and deviations that arise in daily operations. Contribute to improving work methods and procedures. Collaborate with management and other parts of the operation. Be a role model for the team by actively participating in operational work. Experience from warehouse, logistics, industry, building materials, or similar operations is a merit. Qualifications Previous experience from warehouse, logistics, or terminal operations. Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and make decisions in daily work. Responsible and solution-oriented. Unpretentious and engaged in operational work. Understanding of quality, safety, and work environment.
