We see opportunities in challenges, motivate and create meaningful relationships - all to ensure that together with our young people we protect their right to good well-being and positive change in their lives. We will always work with and for the needs of young people, and for that reason we will also develop new initiatives together with you. This includes, among other things, strengthened and more intensive interventions aimed at young people living in supported housing, as well as interventions without individual needs assessment as part of strengthening the overall treatment and in accordance with the new Social Services Act. Do you want to be part of a team that promotes development and change for and with individuals? Then you should apply to us! Responsibilities We are now looking for a team leader, where you together with the current team leader will have primary responsibility for guiding, planning, following up on and supporting your work team's daily work with our young people. In the role of team leader, comprehensive collaboration with our clients and other important actors in the work is important. The role also comes with primary responsibility for establishing routines and internal control of documentation, as well as focusing on methodology development. The work team and our way of working are characterized by a clear youth focus ("boundaries and comfort and standing firm, staying put") where curiosity and new thinking are important in combination with humility and respect for our mission. At Klivet, we are all important based on our different roles. In your role as team leader, practitioner or manager, you are expected to contribute yourself and your knowledge to our team on a daily basis! As a person, you enjoy working with and for people, building networks and good relationships. You have the ability to plan and organize your work but also possess flexibility that makes it easy for you to adapt to different situations and changing circumstances. We also see that as a person you are proactive, persistent and used to driving your work independently and together with your colleagues. You are confident in your work role and have the ability to maintain focus and act even in difficult situations. We also think it is important that you enjoy working closely with your colleagues and that you are open to sharing your knowledge while learning from others. You listen, show interest and understanding for other people and are open and work to create a good climate. You reflect on your own actions and can both give and receive feedback. You have a professional approach and good conduct is paramount. As a team leader, we also see that you stand and are passionate about: Working with and for people Building relationships and networks Work with high sense of responsibility with focus on quality Inspiration and guidance Trust-building processes and good co-worker relationships It is also a merit to have experience in a coordinating role, guiding and mentoring employees and in "leading without being a manager" as well as experience in conducting effectiveness evaluations.
