About the Role
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading daily work in production. You work closely with the Production Manager and other team leaders to ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and with high quality.
You are a present leader who creates good conditions for the team to perform and develop, while actively contributing to continuous improvements in operations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Plan, allocate, and lead daily work in production.
Work with production planning together with the Production Manager.
Develop, improve, and standardize work methods and processes.
Record, analyze, and follow up on deviations.
Ensure efficient resource utilization and optimal workflows.
Introduce, train, and support new employees and hired personnel.
Coach and motivate the team in daily work.
Set goals together with employees and follow up on results.
Drive improvement work with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with solid experience in production or industry and experience leading people in an operational environment. You are a person who takes initiative, builds trust, and helps others grow through clear and engaged leadership.
You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, have a strong focus on quality, and thrive in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high. At the same time, you are flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt when circumstances change.
