Your responsibilities With a clear focus on creating a safe and stable team, you drive and structure the work of the work group. The most important task in your role is to guide employees and meet them in regular conversations. By building a trusting relationship and being a reliable leader, you help the individual grow and become their best self at work. You provide support in the assignment but also in managing emotions and maintaining the empathetic balance in the work. You work closely with the unit manager to together drive team development and set the direction for the operation. An important part of the work is that you contribute to shaping overall structures for collaboration with various actors such as schools, police, other social services, and parents to create a strong network around the young person. You drive this work very much together with the group's three SSPF coordinators. With your commitment and perseverance, you are skilled at creating and maintaining fine collaborations. Part of the assignment is to map the situation for children and young people in different city districts to be able to focus on the right things and convey the information to others. You also contribute with outreach initiatives and lectures, for example at parent meetings. Your competence Your background is in work with authority and work with children and young people with substance abuse or criminality issues. You have a degree in social work and a strong interest in guiding and coaching others. It is an advantage if you have experience in field-based work and have previously held a supervisory position. In a changing everyday situation, it is good if you are accustomed to driving and leading others through change processes.
