Elcare Nordic works with service, repair, and logistics within the electronics industry. We are now seeking a Team Lead for our operations in Linköping.
About the Role
As a Team Lead, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your team. You plan and distribute work, follow up on operational results, and ensure that the team works according to applicable procedures, processes, customer requirements, and workplace regulations.
You have operational and delegated personnel and work environment responsibility and serve as the link between employees, the responsible department manager, and the company's support functions.
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Lead, prioritize, and distribute your team's daily work.
Plan staffing based on workload, competence, and absence.
Follow up on productivity, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs.
Ensure that customer agreements, production targets, and internal procedures are followed.
Introduce and follow up on new and existing working methods.
Provide employees with support, clear instructions, and ongoing feedback.
Plan and follow up on onboarding and training of new employees.
Follow up on attendance, time reporting, and attestation.
Identify work environment risks, illness, high workload, and conflicts.
Follow up on safety, ergonomics, order, and Lean/5S work.
Report results, deviations, and resource needs to the responsible manager.
Drive and contribute to improvements in quality, productivity, work environment, and cost efficiency.
The role is primarily focused on management and follow-up, but you may also participate in operational work as needed.

We would like you to:
Have previous experience in team management, coordination, or a similar role.
Have experience from production, logistics, warehouse, service, or other operational activities.
Be used to following up on results, quality, and work flows.
Have good ability to plan, prioritize, and handle changed conditions.
Communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Have basic knowledge of English.
Have good computer skills and be comfortable with administrative systems.
Experience with personnel follow-up, work environment work, Lean, or 5S is meritorious. Great weight will be placed on your personal qualities and your ability to create engagement, structure, and good cooperation.

Working Hours: 38h/per week

The Team Lead reports to the nearest department manager. Formal employment decisions are made by the responsible department manager.
