We are now seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for an established company in the Värnamoregion. Here you combine hands-on work with leadership and become an important part in developing the warehouse operations with a focus on high quality, good structure, and strong collaboration.
You will lead a small team where collaboration, engagement, and close leadership are a natural part of everyday work. You are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and driving work forward while being an active part of the operations yourself. As an important link between the warehouse and other parts of the business, you ensure efficient workflow, high delivery accuracy, and good collaboration. The role also involves creating engagement, structure, and the right conditions for your team to succeed, while contributing to the development of work methods and processes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan, prioritize, and distribute daily warehouse work
- Actively participate in picking, packing, and other warehouse flows
- Plan and allocate resources based on current order status and business needs
- Ensure efficient workflow and high delivery accuracy
- Coach, support, and motivate your team
- Monitor productivity and ensure proper staffing according to business needs
- Collaborate closely with other internal functions
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to developing routines and work methods

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone with experience from warehouse or logistics operations who has previously worked in a leading or coordinating role. You thrive in an operational environment where the pace can sometimes be high and are motivated by creating structure, engagement, and a well-functioning workflow. As a leader, you are present, unpretentious, and have a natural drive. You lead by being part of the team, enjoy coaching and supporting your employees, and create the right conditions to reach common goals. With a solution-oriented approach, you see opportunities for improvement and are keen to contribute to developing work methods that create an efficient workflow. You have good computer skills and feel comfortable working with business or warehouse systems.
