Position details: Permanent employment at 35 hours per week, probation period applies. Start date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: Early mornings, daytime, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make the last impression on our customers' visit, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling in their heart! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure the daily operations of the checkout line and front store run smoothly by leading and distributing work. Be a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues so our customers leave the store with the feeling of a world-class customer experience. Together with the Sales Manager, be responsible for planning, following up, and developing work in the department. Work to coordinate resources and ensure competence is used efficiently to reach set goals and handle daily staffing planning. Work in the checkout and front store, including gaming product sales and service matters. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! You report to the Sales Manager Checkout who has personnel responsibility for the department. Who are you? You are a natural problem solver who thrives with pace and energy. A friendly hello and a desire to inspire and develop other people are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Excellent! Do you have previous leadership experience – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Have a couple of years of previous experience working in retail in the Checkout/Front Store area. Have previous experience working with ATG and Svenska Spel. If you have previous experience in leadership, retail economics, and cash register accounting, that's a plus.
