Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesale companies in building sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now seeking a Team Leader for our unit in Mölndal. As Team Leader, you have an important role in production to ensure that work flows smoothly and that routines and processes are followed. You will be part of an engaged team where together you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results. The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with great opportunities for a permanent position. Start date by agreement. What do you do? Lead, distribute, and follow up on work according to applicable routines and processes so that lead times, productivity, and quality are achieved. Participate in production planning. Continuous reporting and administration. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and salespeople. Register and invoice quotations and customer orders continuously. Program plasma cutters and prepare production materials for production staff. Be part of daily production. Participate in developing current working methods and routines. Responsible for maintaining good order and structure in the workplace. Update incoming orders continuously in planning. Report any deviations to your direct manager. Order consumable materials for the unit when needed. Who are you? We are looking for someone who feels at home in a production environment and has a good sense of order and organization, and values accuracy and structure highly. As a team leader, you do not have full personnel responsibility, but since you are the one leading and distributing the work, it is important that you are a good leader with a natural ability to collaborate and bring others along. Sometimes, for the group's and operation's benefit, you may need to take and communicate some difficult decisions, which you therefore need to feel comfortable doing to thrive in the role. You are an experienced computer user as the role involves daily work with reporting and administration in various computer systems. You can also read and understand construction drawings as this is part of managing a customer order. You are also familiar with KPIs as a tool for driving and following up on the group's results and development. As a person, you are engaged, curious, solution-oriented, and inquisitive, with a good ability to adapt to new circumstances when they sometimes change quickly. High work ethic, honesty, and punctuality, as well as inner drive, are also qualities that will make you succeed in this role. Unpretentious and putting the team before yourself. The role also means being part of a team, which means you should also be able to assemble our channels and be part of the daily production chain. Since our safety regulations and work routines are only available in Swedish, the work requires that you are proficient in understanding Swedish. It is a requirement that you have previous experience from similar tasks and a workshop environment. If you have also worked in the ventilation industry or sheet metal trade previously, that is a great advantage. A forklift certificate is required. What do we offer you?
