About the Position
As a Team Leader in electrical assembly, you will combine operational assembly work with responsibility for leading and coordinating the daily work of your team. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient production flow and act as a link between production, design, and other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead, plan, and distribute daily work within electrical assembly
• Participate in daily assembly work and provide operational support to the team
• Ensure quality, organization, and compliance with procedures and safety regulations
• Collaborate with production, design, and other departments
• Introduce and mentor new employees and interns
• Follow up on work, report deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement
The position is based during daytime hours with flexible working times, and travel may occur.
We Are Looking for You
We are looking for someone with experience in industrial electrical assembly who enjoys combining hands-on work with leadership. You are accustomed to working in a structured manner in a production environment and have a natural ability to collaborate with other functions.
We believe you:
• Have education in electrical, automation, or equivalent experience
• Have experience with industrial electrical assembly and electrical installations in machinery
• Are confident reading electrical schematics, drawings, and cable tables
• Have the ability to lead and distribute daily work
• Are solution-oriented, responsible, and communicative
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Hold a Class B driving license and have access to a car
It is advantageous if you have experience in a leadership role, electrical programming, or work with machinery installations and international environments.
