About the Position You will work operationally in production while holding overall responsibility for ensuring work flows smoothly – from planning to delivery. You lead the daily work of a small team and ensure that quality, pace, and structure maintain the right level. The work includes production operations, and you are involved in prioritizing, distributing work, and supporting colleagues where needed. The role is broad and suits you if you want to take responsibility and help develop working methods in an organization with short decision-making processes. Work is daytime-based and located in Dala-Floda. Start date by agreement.
