Our HVB's operational concept is to offer residential care and schooling in close cooperation. When a young person is offered a place at our HVB, they are also offered a place at Antonskolan. Our concept is unique and we have high demand for our HVB places because we also offer schooling. Our supportive housing operational concept is to safely and systematically prepare young people for their journey to independence. We now need to strengthen our team with a team leader at one of our HVB units who also has expertise to work, as part of the position, on method development at an organizational level. We are looking for someone with competence, education, and experience in treatment work. We have an ambition to become sharper and even more professional in our treatment work. We also want to develop new methods and create new treatment concepts for our future plans within the group.
You need relevant education, experience with treatment at HVB, and a desire to contribute to developing our company further. You need to be a goal-oriented and forward-thinking person with the ability to bring personnel groups along. The work tasks place high demands on good collaboration skills. You need to be calm, stable, and confident in yourself and in your leadership role. An important part of your work is to guide staff, develop collaborations internally within the organization and externally, and be responsible for maintaining structure for daily operations. In this role you will work closely with our facility managers, operations manager, and the group's development manager, and be part of the company's management team.
In your role as team leader/method developer you will:
Guide and mentor staff in treatment work
Develop new methods and working approaches
Together with facility managers coordinate treatment efforts for individual young people
Be part of treatment work, such as through individual conversations with young people
Contribute to developing our company further so that we build strong treatment methods in future business concepts
Provide support to facility managers and, during periods such as absence, substitute for facility managers on site.
Work experience and qualifications
We are looking for someone with higher education. Your background should be in behavioral science, such as social work, psychology, or equivalent. You also have previous experience in this field of operations. You have good knowledge of children's and families' development and needs and experience in treatment work.
As a person you are attentive and have good communication skills. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities.
Clearance from the police's suspicion and burden register is required.
The position is 100%.
The work will be based at our facility in Kristianstad.
