MIAB is seeking a Team Leader for our growing location in Halmstad with an expanding customer base and workforce. In your role as Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up on, and ensure quality in facility services for your assigned area. You will staff with temporary workers as needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a great day at work! The position involves customer contact, which requires a high level of service-oriented care and consideration—core values at MIAB. As part of your role, you will also perform facility services work with our customers during your workday when needed. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a facility services worker if necessary to ensure customer delivery. You work alongside colleagues in similar positions and report to the Operations Manager. We travel between our customers by car, which requires that you hold a valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and drive safely and responsibly. The work also involves using our systems, which requires data literacy. Language Requirements: Swedish Swedish is a requirement—you must be able to speak, read, and communicate in plain language. About You: You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You work well both independently and in teams. We are looking for someone with experience in facility services and certification in SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800. Leadership training is also a plus.
