The Medical Technology Systems unit within the Digitalization Department is tasked with managing systems that are directly critical to healthcare operations – for example, systems for laboratory analyses, ambulance records management, and X-ray image processing. We collaborate daily with engineers, technicians, healthcare staff, and suppliers to ensure continued operations and develop future healthcare solutions. We are seeking We are in an exciting phase where we are establishing a team of systems specialists in medical technology systems – and now we are looking for you to work operatively as a systems specialist while also taking on a team leadership role. In this position, you will combine practical systems management work with creating structure, developing working methods, and coordinating the team's work. For this role, we believe you have the following qualifications: Technical university or college degree in IT or medical technology; for example, systems science, medical technology engineer, or equivalent education or experience that the employer considers equivalent Experience leading, coordinating, or driving teamwork, such as team leader, project manager, scrum master, or equivalent At least 3 years of experience working with technical systems management or similar IT tasks Good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing Class B driver's license It is also advantageous if you have: Experience with agile working methods Experience with ITIL and pm3 You are independent, organized, and responsible, and find it easy to create clarity and momentum. You enjoy collaborating in teams, contribute to good team spirit, and have a strong ability to lead, support, and coordinate others in daily work. What you will be working with As a team-leading systems specialist in medical technology systems, you will work both operatively with systems management and coordinating the team's shared work. You operate at the intersection of medical technology and IT, with a broad understanding of systems and how they interact and integrate with each other. Regular working hours are daytime, Monday - Friday. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions can be filled before the final application deadline. Position in the employment contract is Systems Administrator. The role involves an assignment as a team-leading systems specialist within Medical Technology Systems.
