Team Leader / Maître d' in the Dining Room

About the Role As Team Leader / Maître d' in the dining room, you have a key role in both guest experience and daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that service, staffing, and flow run seamlessly – from welcoming and seating guests to closing after dinner. You lead and support the service team in daily work, serve as a natural contact between the dining room, kitchen, and reception, and ensure that our high standards for quality, hospitality, and attention to detail are met. The role is operational and hands-on, where you personally participate in service while creating structure, confidence, and pace in the team.
