About the role As Team Leader/Maître d' in the dining room, you have a key role in both guest experience and daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that service, staffing, and flow run seamlessly – from welcoming and seating guests to closing after dinner. You lead and support the service team in daily work, are a natural contact between the dining room, kitchen, and reception, and ensure that our high standards for quality, hospitality, and attention to detail are maintained. The role is operational and hands-on, where you yourself participate in service while creating structure, confidence, and pace in the team.
