As a Team Leader, you will be the store manager's closest support in daily operations and an essential part of running the store. You work closely with the team on the shop floor and contribute to creating structure, excellent service, and a well-functioning environment for both customers and colleagues. The role involves expanded responsibility in daily operations where you support the team, ensure that routines and work methods are followed, and help the store reach its goals. When needed, you are responsible for daily operations when the store manager is not present.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work operationally in the store with sales, customer service, and merchandise handling.
Lead and delegate daily work in the store.
Motivate the team to create engagement and strong results.
Be a role model in customer interactions and contribute to high service standards.
Ensure that routines, guidelines, and work methods are followed.
Actively work with product displays, merchandising, and sales development.
Contribute to smooth operations and good teamwork.
Requirements and Qualifications: We are looking for someone with retail experience who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals. You are responsible, communicative, and able to prioritize when the pace is high. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
