About the Role
As Team Leader, you will be the hub of our regional merchandising organization. You will lead 3–4 Regional Merchandisers, coordinate external picking resources, and be responsible for building a flexible student pool that can support during summer vacation, illness, and peak periods.
The role is about ensuring that daily store operations run smoothly. This means planning routes, staffing correctly, following up on quality, supporting the team, and being able to step in operatively when needed.
You will also be responsible for coordination with external picking companies in selected stores and peripheral areas, as well as for planning demo activities together with an external demo company. During illness, campaigns, new store openings, or renovations, you are an important additional resource that ensures the work gets done.
Your Main Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and follow up on the work of 3–4 Regional Merchandisers.
Responsible for route planning, staffing, and capacity management.
Ensure that stores are visited according to the correct frequency and priority.
Coordinate external picking company in peripheral areas and selected stores.
Recruit, onboard, and maintain a student pool of approximately 4–5 people.
Cover for illness, vacation, and peak periods.
Perform own picking in selected C/D stores and flexible stores.
Support larger campaign picking, new store openings, and renovations.
Coordinate demo activities together with external demo company.
Have ongoing dialogue with stores, sales representatives, merchandisers, and external partners.
Follow up on quality, deviations, and execution in stores.

We are looking for someone who is organized, practical, and solution-oriented. You thrive on creating order, leading others, and managing a day-to-day environment where conditions sometimes change quickly.
You are clear in your leadership, but also unpretentious and willing to help out yourself when needed. You enjoy planning, following up, and getting things to work in practice.
We Are Looking For Someone With
Experience from retail, merchandising, field organization, grocery trade, or similar operational role.
Experience planning, coordinating, or leading others in daily work.
Good understanding of store displays, replenishment, and customer service.
Ability to plan work days, routes, or resources based on time, geography, and priorities.
A valid driver's license.
Good Swedish in speech and writing.
Basic digital skills, for example Excel, mobile reporting, CRM, or planning tools.
It is a merit if you have experience with route planning, personnel planning, substitute management, external suppliers, picking companies, demo companies, new store openings, renovations, or campaign execution.
