Job Description About the Role As Team Leader Planning, you will lead, coach, and develop the Planning team of four employees at JYSK Distribution Center in Nässjö. Your primary mission is to create the conditions for your team's success through clear, coaching-focused, and engaging leadership. Together with the team, you will ensure that planning supports operational goals and creates an efficient, stable, and cost-optimized operation. You will build a culture where people take responsibility, collaborate across functions, and continuously seek improvements. The role combines leadership, operational development, and analysis with a strong focus on service and collaboration. You will be responsible for developing both people and methods so that the planning function can meet operational needs today and in the future. You work daily close to operations and have many contact points both within the DC, with our customers, and with other distribution centers within JYSK. Here you will be an important leader who creates clarity in priorities, builds strong relationships, and gets different parts of the organization to work toward common goals. You report to the Planning & Support Manager. In this Role You Will Lead and develop a competent team with a focus on performance, engagement, and well-being Hold a central position with many contact points within the DC and across other functions within JYSK Have the opportunity to combine leadership, operational development, and analysis in a business-critical function Drive change and improvement initiatives that strengthen people, processes, and results Create conditions for strong collaboration between planning and other parts of the operation Work in an international organization with clear goals, high ambitions, and great development opportunities Your Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for creating the conditions for the team and planning function to deliver at a high level every day: Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen competence, accountability, and performance Create clarity around goals, priorities, and expectations, and follow up on results and development Ensure efficient capacity and flow planning for our DC Coordinate flows, priorities, and activities with relevant functions within the operation and other distribution centers Build strong collaborations and create alignment around priorities in an operation with many stakeholders Develop, document, and implement processes, procedures, and methods that strengthen operational efficiency and future capacity Qualifications You are a leader who helps people grow and perform together. By creating trust, clarity, and involvement, you build strong teams that deliver results over time. You thrive in an environment where conditions change and where success is created through collaboration between people, functions, and operations. At the same time, you have the ability to make decisions, create structure, and translate operational needs into concrete priorities and activities. We would like to see that you have: Experience leading, developing, and creating engagement in teams Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders Clear and present leadership that combines high ambitions with the ability to help others succeed Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach Ability to create structure, prioritize, and make decisions in a complex and changing environment Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a plus if you have experience with warehouse management systems, planning tools, or automated logistics flows.
