What you'll do with us
You sell yourself and lead by example over the phone, email, and digital channels. At the same time, you coach your sales team in calls and closings, follow up on results, and develop both individuals and methods. You set goals, drive activity, and ensure your team hits their targets while earning from both your own deals and the team's combined performance.
We lead together here. You work closely with other team leaders and have the sales manager behind you—someone to bounce ideas off, lean on, and grow with.

What you get
Salary: base salary + commission on your own sales + variable compensation based on team performance
Full-time employment, permanent position
Work hours Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM at our Malmö office
