Then we're looking for you as Team Lead for our Moving Department at Sector Alarm! About the Role The Moving Department assists existing customers who are relocating by ensuring a smooth transition of their alarm service to their new home. The department focuses on providing customers with a great experience during the moving process while identifying opportunities to retain and develop customer relationships. As Team Lead of the Moving Department, you are responsible for day-to-day operations. You lead a team of seven agents working with both existing and potentially new customers, with a focus on motivation, process compliance, and results tracking. The role involves coaching team members in customer interactions and sales, as well as conducting regular 1:1 meetings to ensure individual development, well-being, and sustained high performance. You will also onboard new team members to ensure they get a good start. Beyond leadership responsibilities, you are also hands-on in daily operations, supporting the team in ongoing work. In this way, you contribute both to the team's results and to ensuring high-quality customer handling. As Team Lead, you are also responsible for the team's key metrics, drive improvement initiatives, and present results and insights to other departments. The role reports to the Inhouse Sales Manager. Qualifications Experience in sales or customer service Previous leadership experience with people management Good Excel and CRM system skills Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written Clean police record Practical Details Permanent employment at 100%. Six-month probation period applies. Work hours Monday–Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 On-site work in new modern offices at Citygate.
