We are now looking for a Team Lead & Senior Project Manager who wants to help build the next level of project management expertise within Professional Services. About the role of Team Lead & Senior Project Manager As Team Lead & Senior Project Manager, you will have a central role in Bitlog's delivery organization. You will be responsible for driving your own implementation projects from start to finish, while also taking on formal responsibility for developing the project management organization within Professional Services. An important part of the role is to create a clear bridge between sales and delivery. You will ensure that contracts and solution proposals are clear before project start, that the right decision-makers are involved throughout the project, and that scope, economics, and expectations are managed proactively. You are a senior counterpart for the customer and a trusted leader internally when projects face challenges. The role will also include a strong focus on further developing the team's use of AI tools. You report to VP Operations and work closely with sales, product, and the rest of the leadership team. Your main responsibilities: Own the delivery results for Bitlog's implementation projects—on time, on budget, and with a satisfied customer at handover Drive your own projects in parallel with team responsibility and be an operational role model for project managers Ensure a strong handover between sales and delivery by reviewing contracts, solution proposals, and scope before project start Lead steering committees, drive decisions, and ensure that commercial decision-makers are involved throughout the project Proactively identify and manage scope changes and deviations through the right commercial process Build and develop project management expertise within Professional Services through coaching, structure, and clear working methods Ensure that integrations are verified and stable before go-live Work closely with the leadership team and create structure around delivery issues that span sales, product, and finance About you You have a genuine technical interest and find it stimulating to understand how systems, integrations, and business processes fit together. This could, for example, be experience with WMS, ERP, or other business-critical systems. You don't need to be a technical specialist, but you are curious and find it easy to grasp complex solutions. We are looking for someone with the drive to actively test AI tools to improve work efficiency—not just keeping up with developments, but driving them. As a person, you are confident, responsible, and courageous. You dare to challenge both customers and internal stakeholders when needed and hold firm even when situations become pressured. At the same time, you are unpretentious and curious, with a strong desire to understand more and develop both yourself and the people around you. You see problems before they become someone else's and take responsibility for driving them all the way to completion. Key requirements for the role: At least 5 years of experience with complex project management in system implementations Documented experience driving projects with responsibility for scope, time, budget, and customer relations Experience managing scope and changes together with commercial decision-makers Experience leading steering committees and driving decisions A genuine technical interest and ability to understand complex systems and integrations Meritorious for the role: Experience with WMS or warehouse operations Experience with major ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations Previous people management or team responsibility Bitlog's offer At Bitlog, you will have a central role in a company operating at the intersection of technology, logistics, and business development.
