We are now recruiting several dedicated Team Leaders for Ahlsell's Logistics Center. With us, you'll have a key role in creating high-performing teams, driving operations forward, and contributing to the development of one of Europe's largest logistics centers. We warmly welcome your application! About the Team Leader role As a Team Leader with us, you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of approximately 25–30 employees. You are a present leader who inspires, supports, and creates the conditions for your team members to thrive, develop, and perform together. Through clear feedback, coaching, and engagement, you build a strong team with high motivation and good cohesion. In the role, you are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and driving daily operational work forward. You ensure that flows function efficiently and that the team reaches its goals – while actively working to develop and improve work methods and processes. You work closely with other Team Leaders, support functions, and operations management, where together you create a safe, efficient, and successful operation. As a Team Leader, you are also an important part of our long-term development efforts. Together with production managers and other Team Leaders, you work toward clear goals and actively contribute to realizing Ahlsell's overall strategy. Here you get to be involved and have influence – both in the development of our teams and our operations as a whole. You operate in a dynamic environment where people, processes, and technology interact to create high delivery precision and efficiency. The pace is varied, and your ability to plan, prioritize, and collaborate will be clear success factors. Logistics Center Our Logistics Center is one of Europe's largest and the heart of Ahlsell's operations. Approximately 1,100 people work here, almost around the clock, to ensure our customers receive the right goods, at the right time, and in the right place. At the Logistics Center, our entire logistics flow is represented in different functions – from operational purchasing to picking and packing with trucks and automation, as well as transport. We are currently on an exciting development journey where we grow and scale up with future logistics solutions. We believe that you have Uppersecondary education (gymnasial kompetens) good knowledge of the Office suite previous experience in a management, supervisory, or similar role where you have led employees, coordinated operations, and created results together with others good ability to analyze data and experience working goal-oriented through KPIs For you to thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are a dedicated and confident leader who is motivated by developing people. You are clear in your communication and have a natural ability to inspire and build trust. As a Team Leader, you set direction, create structure, and build a culture where employees grow and perform together. You are responsive, flexible, and act quickly when conditions change.
