Since 1995, Kompis Assistans EF has offered personal assistance to children, young people, and adults with disabilities. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Borlänge and local offices in Sundsvall, Stockholm, and Åstorp. Kompis Assistans has approximately 650 employees and an annual turnover of about 200 million SEK.
Are you passionate about quality and leadership? At Kompis, we are now seeking an experienced and committed Team Lead who wants to contribute to the development of our personal assistance services.
Your Role
As Team Lead with us, you independently manage your area of responsibility based on our values, team spirit, and owner directives. You have overall responsibility for personnel, work environment, operations, and finances – with the goal of ensuring high quality in assistance and a safe, sustainable, and long-term operation.
Your Tasks
As Team Lead, you have overall responsibility for personnel, work environment, operations, and finances. You lead and develop employees, ensure competency development, and create a safe and inclusive work environment. You are responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring operations in a way that ensures high quality in client assistance. You also have responsibility for budget, financial follow-up, and resource utilization, which means you make decisions within given parameters to ensure sustainable and long-term operations. You work in close collaboration with customer managers, coordinators, staffing, and recruitment coordinators, as well as operational support functions.
We are Looking for Someone Who
Has a degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent experience
Has good knowledge of LSS (Swedish Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and personal assistance
Has experience building long-term relationships with customers and families
Is confident in a leadership role and has experience with personnel responsibility
Is structured, solution-oriented, and financially conscious
Has good administrative skills and system proficiency (preferably experience with Tidvis or similar systems)
Holds a B-class driver's license
Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Employment Terms: Permanent position at 100%, six-month probation period applies.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, employer uses trust-based working hours.
