About the role As a dentist and team lead, you combine your clinical work with responsibility for leading and developing staff and operations. You work closely with the clinic manager and another team lead and become an important part of the clinic's management and daily operations. You will have a clinical position as a dentist alongside your team lead role. Clinical time is adjusted based on the practice's needs and the scope of the assignment, giving you the opportunity to continue working with patients and develop in your profession while growing in leadership. As a team lead, you have operational responsibility for leading and developing staff and contributing to a well-functioning and efficient practice. The role includes, among other things: • Personnel planning, both short- and long-term, to ensure optimal staffing • Personnel responsibility for the clinic's dental hygienists and dentists • Recruitment, introduction, and onboarding of new employees • Employee conversations and salary setting • Monitoring and contributing to the clinic's goals, quality, and development • Supporting employees in their daily work and contributing to a safe and well-functioning work environment • Clinical work as a dentist You will be permanently employed as a dentist, and the team lead assignment is an appointment for three years. About the clinic Aqua Dental Malmö Hansa is a modern clinic centrally located in Malmö. The clinic opened in 2022 and is designed with the patient in focus, equipped with modern technology and facilities. The clinic offers both general and specialist dental care.
