Job Description As Team Lead Payroll, you will lead a competent team of eight employees and have overall responsibility for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and accurate payroll delivery to our approximately 10,000 employees. We envision that you have solid experience in payroll and experience developing processes, systems, or work methods, and are now ready to combine your expertise with a leadership role. You will be responsible for developing both the team and the payroll function and play a central role in our continued development journey within digitalization, automation, and future work methods in payroll. You will report to the Head of Operational Services and work closely with other HR functions to ensure a modern and business-focused payroll function. In our national HR department, we are more than 50 people working with dedicated business support in various specialized teams. The role combines personnel responsibility and development work with continued operational engagement in daily payroll work, where you serve as a support to the team in both routine and complex matters. You work closely with the business and are responsible for ensuring that the payroll process is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, collective agreements, and internal guidelines. A central part of the assignment is to further develop the payroll team's work methods, processes, and system support. You create engagement, clarity, and direction for the team while working to strengthen quality, efficiency, and service in delivery to the organization. What We Offer We believe in transparency and have therefore chosen to specify the salary range for the role: 59,000-63,000 kr/month. Placement within the range is based on experience, competence, and the role's requirements profile. We also offer a flexible workday with trust-based working hours and the opportunity to work remotely two days a week. We are located in fresh offices on Kungsholmen with access to a gym at the office for those who want to exercise before, during, or after the workday. Job Requirements We are looking for someone with: Solid experience in qualified payroll work and very good knowledge of collective agreements, tax legislation, and other regulations within the payroll field. Experience with payroll management in large or personnel-intensive organizations. Experience with operations involving parallel collective agreements and complex payroll flows. Experience developing processes, work methods, or system support within the payroll field. Relevant education or equivalent work experience. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. Meritorious: Experience leading or coordinating others. Experience with internal controls, quality work, or audit-related matters.
