The role, in short, means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent employment, full-time. A probationary period applies. Start date: 2026-10-02 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have previous experience from leadership roles, preferably within retail. Here's more about the role: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct manager, and you lead and plan operations in the Grocery team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. As Team Lead Grocery, you are responsible for a very important part of the store's product flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the store is selling well and seasonally current. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for, among other things, recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to employees developing and performing to their full potential. You are a role model in working to meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
