Here's a bit more about the position: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan operations in the Grocery team. Of course, you also actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. As Team Lead Grocery, you are responsible for a very important part of the store's product flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the store is attractive and seasonally current. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to helping employees develop and perform to their full potential.
