In short, this role means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. Job details: Temporary full-time position until 2027-10-03 Start date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement. Work hours: You will rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's more about the position: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan operations in the Grocery team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. As Team Chef Grocery, you are responsible for a very important part of the store's merchandise flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the store is attractive and seasonally relevant. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and help employees develop and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
