About the job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Båstad Entré! The role essentially means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position is: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation period applies. Start date: 2026-09-21 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience from leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's a bit more about the role: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct manager, and you lead and plan operations for the Grocery team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. As Grocery Team Lead, you are responsible for a very important part of the store's merchandise flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the store is attractive and seasonally relevant. Within your area of responsibility is also e-commerce, and with the store's e-commerce coordinator to assist, you are responsible for driving and developing the store's e-commerce offering. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to team members developing and performing to their full potential.
