Probationary period applies Start date: 2026-09-01 or by agreement Work hours: You will rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's more about the position: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan activities in the Cashier team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily work of helping our customers check out their items. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up the store's business plan. As Team Lead Cashier, you are responsible for a very important part of the store, where we meet the most customers and have the chance to make a good final impression. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tactfulness, and a big smile. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to your employees growing and performing to their full potential.
