Key Responsibilities We're looking for a Cashier Team Lead for our new Hemköp Stockholm Årstaberg store opening in November! If you want overall responsibility for one or more departments and to lead employees, the role of Cashier Team Lead is perfect for you. Below you can see what it means to be a Team Lead at Hemköp: You are responsible for purchasing and sales, and for ensuring that the department meets our shared goals. You are responsible for ensuring customers have a great experience with us. The customer is the core of our business, and therefore daily customer contact is important for creating a positive store experience. Together with your team, you will ensure profitability and ensure that routines are followed and that we monitor gross profit and sales. As a Team Lead, you have personnel responsibility. This includes ensuring that employees receive the right information, develop, and feel valued, and that work in the store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be part of the store's management team. Position Type: Permanent full-time employment; probationary period applies. Start Date: September 14, 2026, or by agreement. Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect Being interested in food, skilled at driving sales, and enjoying working with people are prerequisites for the role. You need to be familiar with basic financial key figures and have experience working in retail. As a Team Lead, your leadership is important. You need to be good at explaining routines, describing what goals the store should reach, and what challenges exist. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment. Equally important is that you can delegate work, both give and receive feedback, and that you're not hesitant to drive through changes.
