Start date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Working hours: You'll vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's more about the role: You're part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan operations for the fresh produce team. Of course, you also actively participate in the store's daily operations. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and help team members perform to their full potential. You are a role model in serving our customers with knowledge, tact, and a warm smile.
