About the role As department leader, you will lead and drive the department with focus on: A fresh, well-stocked and sales-driven department Profitability and understanding of key metrics Product flow and quality Minimizing waste Meeting customers with energy, knowledge and a warm greeting! You'll be here opening the store when deliveries arrive early in the morning and ensure the department is energized for the day ahead. The role also includes responsibility for our beautiful bread and flower department, some cashier work, and pitching in wherever needed – we're a team. The schedule involves varying hours and work every other Saturday morning. The position is approximately 35 hours/week or by agreement. Who are you?
