In short, this position means you help our customers buy good and sustainable food at really good prices. The position is: Permanent employment, full-time. A trial period applies. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's a bit more about the position: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct manager, and you lead and plan operations in the fresh produce team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for the members of your team and are thus responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and help team members develop and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in serving our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
