About the job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Kungälv Komarken! The role simply means that you help our customers shop for quality and sustainable food at really great prices. The position: Permanent employment, full-time. Trial period applies. Start date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). You need to have previous experience from leadership roles, preferably in retail. Here's a bit more about the role: You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, and you lead and plan operations in the fresh foods team. Of course, you also actively participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. You have personnel responsibility for the employees in your team and are responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and orientation. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to your employees developing and performing to their full potential.
