Main Responsibilities We're looking for a Team Lead Operations for our new Hemköp store in Stockholm Årstaberg opening in November! If you want overall responsibility for one or more departments and to lead employees, the role of Team Lead Operations is perfect for you. Below you can see what it means to be a Team Lead at Hemköp: You are responsible for purchasing and sales, and for ensuring the department reaches our jointly set goals. You are responsible for ensuring customers have a great experience with us. The customer is at the core of our business, and therefore daily customer contact is important to create a positive store experience. Together with your team, you must ensure profitability and ensure that routines are followed as well as monitoring gross profit and sales. As a Team Lead you have personnel responsibility. This includes ensuring employees receive the right information, develop, and feel good, and that work in the store runs smoothly. You will also be part of the store's management team. Position Details: Permanent employment, full-time, probationary period applies. Start Date: September 14, 2026 or by agreement. Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect From You Being passionate about food, skilled at driving sales, and enjoying working with people is essential for this role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Team Lead at Hemköp: You should have knowledge of the products within your area of responsibility. You need to be familiar with basic financial key figures and have experience working in retail. As a Team Lead, your leadership is important. You need to be good at explaining routines, describing the goals the store should reach, and the challenges that exist. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Equally important is that you can delegate work, both give and receive feedback, and that you're not afraid to drive through changes.
