Your Role As Team Lead Campaign & Event Marketing, you are responsible for bringing to life how our brand is perceived in Sweden – through campaigns, events, and sponsorship initiatives. Your mission is to adapt our core concepts to the local market and contribute to the development of our national campaigns, with the goal of maximizing brand awareness, customer focus, and business value. The role involves close collaboration with both national and international teams, as well as with our external agency partners. You lead a team of two dedicated employees and report to the Head of Marketing. Your main areas of responsibility: You drive annual campaign planning and lead the rollout of our national and international campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships. You analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to fine-tune our campaigns, events, and activations for maximum impact. You lead collaboration with our external creative agency and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with our KPIs. You set clear performance targets for our activities based on brand measurements and continuously optimize our internal processes and ways of working. You lead, motivate, and develop your employees in day-to-day work. You coach the team forward and create the right conditions to achieve set goals. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you are a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented implementer. You have a strong business and results-oriented focus and thrive in a dynamic environment where you need to be flexible, responsive, and unpretentious. Because the role involves many touchpoints, you are skilled at collaborating and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. You are motivated by driving projects to completion and have a genuine interest in market trends and industry awareness. We are looking for someone who has: Several years of experience leading and activating comprehensive campaigns, events, and sponsorship and partnership projects. Broad knowledge of marketing and experience with customer segmentation, with a focus on adapting our communication for maximum impact. In-depth knowledge of marketing metrics and experience managing activities toward set KPIs. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Valid driver's license, as travel to our various activities and events is included. We would consider it a plus if you also have: Previous experience leading and developing teams.
