In short, this position means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while you're being prepared to take the step to becoming a leader at Willys. The position: Permanent employment, full-time. A probationary period applies. Start date: October 1, 2026 or by agreement. Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Here's more about the position: You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without having the full personnel responsibility of a team lead. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan the activities of your team. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a springboard for advancing your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You are part of the management team in the store and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training.
