About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Jönköping Råslätt! In short, this role means you contribute to enabling our customers to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while you're being prepared to take the step toward becoming a leader at Willys.
Job Details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation applies.
Start Date: 2026-08-31 or by agreement.
Work Hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without the team lead's full personnel responsibility.
Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in daily store operations.
You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually store manager.
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics.
You are part of store management and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned at work and through training.
You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a big smile.
