In short, this role means that you contribute to enabling our customers to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices, while you're being prepared to take the step toward becoming a leader at Willys. Position details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies Start date: 2026-09-21 or by agreement. Working hours: You will rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without having the team leader's full personnel management responsibility. Together with your team leader, you lead and plan your team's activities. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a team leader role. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team leader or perhaps eventually a store manager? You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You are part of the store's management team and have the team leader's job description in your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training.
