Probationary period applies Start Date: By agreement Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Secondary education, good command of Swedish (spoken and written). Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without having the team lead's full personnel responsibility. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You'll learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager? You work with a focus on developing the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You're part of store management and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training.
