Team Manager Client Accounting

About the Position Myntro is now seeking a Team Manager for our Client Accounting team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists and be responsible for ensuring that our transaction and client accounting processes operate effectively, accurately, and with high quality across our European markets. This is a role for someone who thrives in combining operational leadership with a clear focus on developing and improving our processes and systems. You will work closely with Technology & Product and other parts of the business, playing a central role in developing our processes and system support with the goal of creating smarter, more automated, and scalable ways of working within Client Accounting. Your main responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the team, and create clear priorities and conditions for achieving shared goals. Drive and lead improvement initiatives within transaction handling and payment matching with a focus on automation and efficiency. Ensure correct and efficient handling, reconciliation, and allocation of incoming payments and transaction files. Work closely with Technology & Product to develop data-driven processes and smart solutions for handling large transaction flows. Ensure correct and efficient handling of payment flows, matching, discrepancies, and account reconciliations. Follow up on and analyze transaction trends and identify improvement areas based on data and insights. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations and Portfolio Investments, and other business areas to ensure effective solutions. Who Are We Looking For? We would like to see that you have: Several years of experience in transaction handling, client accounting, banking, or similar business with large transaction flows. Experience with personnel responsibility and leading and developing teams. Experience driving improvement work, automation, or digitalization initiatives.
