We're now looking for a Team Leader who is passionate about developing people, driving results, and building a strong team culture. About the role As a Team Leader at Verisure in Sundsvall, you'll have a central and varied role where you lead, support, and coach your sales team on a daily basis. Most of your workday will be spent out in the field together with the salespeople, where you'll be present as a support and an inspiring force. The role also includes: - Personal sales while driving your team's daily results. - Developing work methods and contributing to a strong sales culture. - Setting a clear mark on your team's work environment and sense of community. About you To succeed as a Team Leader, we believe you: - Have sales experience. - Have previous experience leading, coaching, or inspiring others. - Have a strong drive and commitment. - Are results-focused and motivated by seeing both yourself and others succeed. - Have the ability to give and receive feedback. - Thrive in a dynamic and goal-driven environment. We're looking for someone who - Has documented sales experience. - Has experience in leadership or team management. - Has a Class B driver's license. - Has no remarks in UC or the criminal record register. - Can work Monday–Thursday 11:30–20:30 and Friday 10:00–19:00.
