Join Our Team We need to strengthen our team and are seeking a Team Leader for one of our warehouses in Norrköping. As a Team Leader, you will be part of daily operations, lead a portion of the business, and develop both employees and operations toward established goals. In your role as Team Leader, your most important task is to motivate employees to reach our goals and support their development, while ensuring work is performed according to established routines and customer agreements to drive daily operations. Your responsibility is to plan and prioritize based on orders and delivery schedules for your area of responsibility, and you will have support from a Production Manager, who is your direct supervisor. As a Team Leader, you will support your team in their daily tasks, which include picking goods according to orders, packing goods, restocking, forklift operation, returns handling, and goods intake and dispatch. Additional responsibilities include handling discrepancies, working on improvements, and training new colleagues. You will work in a team with extensive knowledge that should be managed in the best possible way. You will work closely with other leaders at the warehouse. We are looking for someone with: • Strong ability to communicate instructions and knowledge in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Upper secondary education or equivalent work experience • Professional experience in production and/or logistics and warehousing • Previous leadership experience • Good computer skills in the Office package • Forklift certification with authority A1-A4 & B1-B3 • Flexibility to work varying hours About You You have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, communicate well, and are passionate about leadership and enjoy having responsibility. You are driven to develop processes and follow policies, guidelines, and procedures, where you follow up and take corrective and preventive measures when needed to avoid discrepancies. You have great commitment and good teamwork skills and a strong work ethic that you use to help the group reach its goals together while contributing to a positive work environment. You are independent, thorough, structured, and experienced at prioritizing tasks with good interpersonal skills. Clarity and good communication are a large part of your daily work. Great weight will be placed on personal qualities and experience. What We Offer Employment is made according to the Transport Agreement with an indefinite full-time position with a 6-month probationary period.
