A Team Leader at Clas Ohlson's primary responsibility is to lead, coach, and develop colleagues to create a positive customer experience. As a role model, you and the store's remaining management team participate in floor operations delivering world-class customer service to our customers. Your daily work also includes sales responsibilities where you actively help and meet our customers, work at the register, and stock merchandise.
As a Team Leader Sales Coach, your primary area of responsibility is coaching colleagues in sales to enable positive shopping experiences, including a profitable store for our customers. You are also responsible for managing our customer service concept and loyalty programs. When needed, you or another management team member may serve as acting store manager.
To succeed, you will work with:
Providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and developing employees in personal sales
Leading and developing procedures for how the store works with the customer service concept, loyalty programs, and product training
Working closely with department managers to create a good structure in daily operations
Ensuring employee onboarding, training, and continuous skills development together with the store manager
Tracking and analyzing defined key metrics and deciding on actions for these
Who are we looking for?
Completed high school education, with added value from education in Retail and Administration and/or store management
At least one year of work experience in retail or service industries, with added value from experience in retail leadership
Basic skills in MS Office
Good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
You must be 18 years old to work with us

This is a permanent position at 100% (full-time) starting by agreement. Clas Ohlson always applies a 6-month probationary period for permanent employment.
