Do you want to work in an international environment with a clear pedagogical policy? We are seeking a dedicated wood and metal crafts teacher for grades 4-9 with teaching experience in these grade levels. Your responsibilities will include standard teaching tasks such as planning, instruction, grading, and follow-up. The wood crafts position is part-time at 40-50% and permanent if you hold a teaching credential. You can adapt your instruction to reach different learners and collaborate with our student support team and special educators to include students with special needs. Continuous, clear feedback to students and guardians is essential and a natural part of your teaching, where you share information about progress and areas for development and improvement. The language of instruction for crafts is Swedish and/or English, and strong English skills are required as many of our staff are English speakers. Crafts instruction is taught in half-size classes in a fully equipped crafts hall. A teaching credential is naturally desirable, but experience as a wood crafts teacher may be sufficient to be offered a fixed-term position.
