You work to create accessible environments and have an understanding that all people have different conditions and learn in different ways. Areas of Responsibility - Teaching music to grades 4-9. - Creating the necessary conditions for students to acquire knowledge and achieve their individual goals. - Developing students' knowledge and skills based on the curriculum, through clear criteria, goals, and feedback. - Being a role model and offering safety, order, and a calm school environment. - Mentorship for a class.
