We are now looking for a full-time driver to join our team in Vännäs.
Employment can start as soon as possible or by agreement. Before employment begins, training in the company's procedures and equipment will be conducted.
We are especially looking for applicants who already hold a taxi license, but we also welcome applicants who are interested in obtaining a taxi license if you feel like the right person for our organization. If you don't have a taxi license, we can offer help with your studies to obtain it (study materials, etc.). We also cover the costs of obtaining the taxi license (exam fees, medical examination, etc.).

Your responsibilities as a taxi driver are to perform trips for Min Taxi's customers in Vännäs and surrounding municipalities, and to provide our customers with excellent service in the best possible way. Taxi driving is a very service-oriented profession with a lot of customer contact. It's easy to think that taxi is about picking up people to/from clubs on weekend evenings, as this is often what people associate with taxi as private customers. Driving taxi for us is primarily about performing government-funded traffic on weekdays. These are medical trips for regions, school trips, and transportation service trips for municipalities. But also a lot of business trips for corporate customers. You constantly work with people and are often key to their daily life to get to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.
We cover a large geographical area and operate traffic in large parts of Norrland. For example, we have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Sollefteå, Vindeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik municipality. It is not uncommon for us to have many longer trips across municipal borders and throughout large parts of Norrland. We currently have approximately 185 vehicles and approximately 300 employed drivers.
In addition to performing trips and taking care of our customers, your responsibilities include keeping the vehicles you drive in clean and well-maintained condition.

The company has a collective bargaining agreement and wages are paid in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
