Taxi 4 You Gråbo Lerum Floda AB is expanding and is now seeking taxi drivers for Bolt operations in the Gothenburg area, with immediate start. About the Position As a Bolt driver with us, you will drive taxi in Gothenburg and surrounding areas and receive rides through the Bolt app. You will operate from one of our parking locations in Gothenburg (Bergsjön) or Gråbo, and you are responsible for getting yourself to and from the vehicle. To provide good service, you will work in a rotating schedule with a colleague where you share the vehicle. Because demand via Bolt is high, you can expect many rides during each work shift – which provides good income opportunities for you as a driver. Parking Locations The vehicles are parked at the following addresses: • Telescopgatan 10, 415 57 Gothenburg • Kvadrantgatan 46, 415 51 Gothenburg • Stannums Byväg 6, 443 70 Gråbo (You can operate from the location that works best for you.) Work Hours and Setup • Morning shift: 04:00–16:00 • Evening shift: 16:00–04:00 • Break: 3-hour break between shifts • Shared vehicle: The vehicle is shared with a colleague (one driver per shift) • Your own transportation: You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the parking location (Work shifts are fixed but scheduled by agreement to suit both you and your colleague.) Requirements • Valid taxi license – you have an approved taxi driver license • Immediate start – able to begin work right away • Responsible & service-oriented – you are reliable, punctual, and put the customer experience first • Swedish language skills – you speak and understand Swedish fluently (language requirement) Benefits • Plenty of rides via Bolt – high daily occupancy provides more assignments and opportunity for good income • Competitive compensation – approximately 42% of earnings total (37% salary + 12% holiday pay) • Fair conditions – secure employment terms and support from our traffic management when needed • Flexible work hours – opportunity to choose shifts (morning/evening) based on what works for you, in consultation with your colleague Application and Contact Does this sound like something for you?
